Who is on the other end of the line?

The hotline is supervised by volunteering adults who chose to engage in our mission. They are trained to communicate effectively and compassionately with the Moroccan youth in need of help, and to respect their own boundaries.

Is the line anonymous?

We cannot identify who is talking to us, neither can you identify who is talking to you. Our system is designed so that everyone partaking in it does not have access to the other's identity.
